Job summary

Nordea Group Technology is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to shape and operate GCP-based data and AI platform foundations. You will lead hands-on engineering, design reusable patterns, and ensure security, compliance, and production readiness in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in cloud, infra, platform engineering or similar leadership roles.
• Hands-on leadership with Terraform, CI/CD, and GCP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering direction for GCP infrastructure and AI platform capabilities.
• Hands-on engineering across Terraform, CI/CD, and GCP configuration.
• Design and operate secure, scalable GCP platform foundations with IAM, networking, and observability.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, cybersecurity, governance teams.
• Translate complex platform decisions into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
