Job summary

Takeda seeks a GCM Lead - HR to define, maintain, and enable the GCM transition methodology, standards, tools, and reporting frameworks. You will ensure consistent execution across all transition waves by guiding teams with templates and dashboards.

With 7+ years in programme management or PMO within large-scale transformations, you will lead cross-wave tracking, readiness gating, and governance. Fluent English and a Bachelor’s degree are required, based in Łódź, Poland, with a competitive base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in PMO, programme management, or methodology roles in large-scale transformation or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Support central program-level project management activities, including maintenance of the integrated transition plan, milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue/risk registers across the full portfolio.
• Design and maintain program-level transition tracking dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end GCM transition methodology and tools.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to Transition Leads and Wave Managers on applying standards and tools.
