Job summary

Takeda is seeking a GCM Lead - HR to shape and govern the transition methodology across the GCM program. You will define standards, build dashboards, and provide teams with templates and reporting infrastructure to ensure consistent execution across waves.

You will lead the centre of expertise for transition methodology, coach KT PMOs and Wave Managers, and drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of programme management experience in large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to design and implement transition methodologies.
• Experience in PMO, governance, and cross-workstream reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support central program-level project management activities and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-wave planning and manage dependencies.
• Maintain a central library of templates, tools, and reference materials.
• Lead guidance and coaching on standards and tools.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
