Job summary

MOL Polska, part of MOL Group, is expanding its Gastro Category Manager team in Poland. The role focuses on supervising gastro categories at service stations, contract management with suppliers, and driving sales through pricing, promotions, and planogram changes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in retail/gastro, strong FMCG knowledge, good Excel/Office skills, and English at a high level. A driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail/gastro.
• Strong commercial knowledge and advanced FMCG knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of selected gastro categories at petrol stations.
• Supervising proper implementation of contracts with suppliers in assigned categories.
• Negotiations with suppliers and producers.
• Analyzing assortment, pricing and promotional needs at service stations.
• Settlement of marketing services with suppliers/producers.
• Participating in the sales planning process for gastro.
• Analyzing sales in subordinate categories.
• Managing assigned product categories (intro to sales, monitoring, withdrawal, negotiating purchase prices, setting selling prices).
• Developing and ordering changes to planograms.
• Planning and implementing promotional activities within assigned categories.
• Making sales forecasts in assigned categories and executing annual category plans.
• Tracking market trends for the categories.
