Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Field Services professional to manage on-site installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of Steam Turbine systems. You will diagnose equipment, provide technical guidance to customers, and ensure successful aftermarket upgrades.

The role requires traveling in Poland and internationally (80%+), adherence to GE safety standards, and leadership in coordinating site activities with third-party contractors.

Qualifications

• Technical/University degree or qualifying experience in field services.
• Experience in field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• SEP certificate for group 2 - operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of Steam Turbine systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; provide technical guidance to customers.
• Maintain documentation: technical reports, job status updates, expense reports and material logistics.
• Coach and mentor team members to share field engineering knowledge.
• Support project requirements through travel, overtime, and weekend/holiday work.
