Job summary

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills required.

• PC literate with spreadsheet and word processing proficiency.
• Knowledge of GP3 and AS400 is an asset.
• Understanding of fund administration is useful.
• Excellent English; Italian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and verify Net Asset Value for funds to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile balances between trial balance and subsidiary ledgers; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare client reports and statements for annual/interim cycles.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff.
• Act as point of contact for audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain clear documentation and log enquiries for timely resolutions.
• Support process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects.
