Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland is seeking an AIS NAV Fund Accountant responsible for NAV reporting for hedge fund clients, preparing NAV Packs and ensuring timely, high-quality reporting to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve complex business challenges, perform daily reconciliations, engage in dealing date accounting, and support audits while maintaining strong relationships with team members and global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with NAV reporting and reconciliations for funds.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Office-based role with mandatory 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash, position, and market value reconciliations including trade capture and pricing.
• Assist in Dealing Date accounting processes.
• Assist in reviewing and resolving reconciliations of portfolio cash and security accounts.
• Work on corporate actions, equities, fixed income, futures, options and swaps.
• Assist in semi-annual and annual audit processes.
• Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and escalate as required.
