HS Financial Technologies (HSFT) is a global technology and fund administration partner to alternative asset managers. We are seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to oversee NAV calculations, reconcile cash and positions, and lead a small team of Fund Accountants in Kraków.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous development of the NAV function, with training and client-facing responsibilities as part of the portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm is required.
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) would be an advantage.
• IT literate.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to be flexible and work within a team or independently.

Mansioni

• Review cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Identify and address break items on reconciliations.
• Review fund pricing.
• Review corporate actions.
• Review profit and loss reports for reasonableness.
• Review income and expense accruals including fee calculations and trading accruals.
• Review fund trial balance.
• Review profit allocations to fund investors.
• Review compliance with HSFT checklists and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fund issues and escalate as needed.
• Support the audit process including preparation of fund financial statements.
• Mentor and develop Fund Accountants and set goals.
