Responsibilities

• Monitor production to detect incidents and escalate as required.
• Communicate incidents to users and management; coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Participate in production chapters to identify improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Respond to user requests by priority with clear explanations.
• Analyze issues and implement solutions; keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure effective handover with other regions (France, India, North America).
• Perform sanity checks for each release to production and raise alerts if needed.
