Job summary

Societe Generale in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a multinational feature team developing Loan IQ. You will deploy software to production, automate deployments and collaborate in Agile sprints.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/Admin, strong Linux/Windows, expertise in CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Elasticsearch. English is required; French/Polish are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years in DevOps or admin roles.
Proficient in Linux/Windows administration and automation.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of security practices for infra and applications.

Responsibilities

Understand technical requirements and implement designed solutions.
Provision and maintain infrastructure in private cloud for microservices, batches, messaging, file transfer.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor infrastructure and applications for performance and scalability.
Implement security mechanisms for infrastructure and applications (certificates, encryption).
Contribute to architecture design and technical documentation.
Ensure Level 3 production support: incident and change management.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
