Job summary

Societe Generale in Warsaw seeks a production support professional to monitor incidents, coordinate resolutions, and drive improvements across international teams. You will handle user requests with clear communication, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth handovers with regions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to detect incidents and escalate as required.
• Communicate incidents to users and management; coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Participate in production chapters to identify improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Respond to user requests by priority with clear explanations.
• Analyze issues and implement solutions; keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure effective handover with other regions (France, India, North America).
• Perform sanity checks for each release to production and raise alerts if needed.

Responsibilities

Your future scope of responsibility will cover

• Active monitoring of the production to detect any incidents
• Communicating incidents with the good level to all users and top management and following the incident process and coordinating the resolution of the incident with all stakeholders
• Active participation to the chapter production to identify topic which permit to improve our production quality or our efficiency
• Answering to the users’ requests by priority with a good level of explanation
• Analysing and finding solution to solve issues
• Ensuring that documentation is up to date
• Challenging the users’ requests if the request is not appropriate
• Acting as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to one Feature team: raising priorities, participating to the demonstrations, sharing the production perspective to the Feature Team and challenging them for all questions relative to the maintenance of the production.
• Ensuring the Handover with other regions (France, India, North America)
• Performing sanity check for each release to production and raising an alert in case of issue

Profile required

• You have functional knowledge on supported tools and business products and technical knowledge on SQL
• You are customer service oriented
• You have analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• You have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• You feel comfortable with multitasking
• You have a continuous improvement mindset
• You have interpersonal skills, and you are a team player
• You communicate in English fluently
