About the Role
Hager Business Services sp. z o.o is an entity dedicated to providing shared services to Hager Group companies worldwide. We support functions such as Finance, Controlling, HR, IT, and Engineering.
We are looking for a Controller who will primarily support measuring and improving the performance and efficiency of these teams. You will work closely with international stakeholders—including controllers and business leaders responsible for functions located in HBS and the local management team—to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across the Hager Group, support financial planning, and follow cost evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare cost forecasts based on input from stakeholders
- Calculate planned recharge amounts to internal customers
- Support the Group forecast process
- Support creation and follow up of functional business cases related to activities located in HBS
- Prepare and follow up productivity-focused business cases
Intercompany & Cost Allocation
- Collect and validate costs for recharge calculations
- Allocate costs across group entities based on defined allocation keys
- Maintain recharge data in a dedicated system
- Cooperate with group finance teams on recharge methodology
Month‑End Closing
- Perform internal cost allocations across relevant cost centres
- Review accruals related to recharges and ensure completeness
- Support month‑end closing activities
Reporting
- Maintain and develop the set of KPIs and reports dedicated to the Shared Service Center efficiency and performance
Audit Support
- Respond to audit queries related to intercompany processes
Your Profile
- Experience in controlling
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work in an international environment
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record of initiated or supported efficiency projects is a plus
- English and Polish minimum upper‑intermediate
