Job summary

Hager Polska is looking for a Function Controller who will support measuring and improving performance across teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work closely with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost forecasts based on input from stakeholders.
• Calculate planned recharge amounts to internal customers.
• Support the Group forecast process.
• Prepare and follow up productivity‑focused business cases.
• Collect and validate costs for recharge calculations.
• Allocate costs across group entities based on defined keys.
• Maintain recharge data in systems.
• Cooperate with group finance teams.
• Perform internal cost allocations.
• Review accruals related to recharges.
• Support month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain and develop KPIs and performance reports.

About The Role

Hager Business Services sp. z o.o. is dedicated to providing shared services to Hager Group companies worldwide, supporting functions such as Finance, Controlling, HR, IT, and Engineering. We are looking for a Function Controller who will support measuring and improving the performance and efficiency of those teams.

You will work closely with international stakeholders (controllers, business leaders, and local management) to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across the Hager Group, support financial planning and follow cost evolution.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting: Prepare cost forecasts based on input from stakeholders.
• Calculate planned recharge amounts to internal customers.
• Support the Group forecast process.
