Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Toruń is looking for a Mid Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join the Smart Navigation team. You will design, develop, test and maintain backend (60%) and frontend (40%) services, APIs and automation scripts, collaborating with product managers, data analysts and UX designers to deliver fast, scalable search experiences.

The role offers hybrid work with flexible hours, occasional remote days, annual bonus, and access to modern tools and AI-enabled workflows within Allegro Tech.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in backend (JVM/Kotlin) and frontend (React/TypeScript).
• Polish at C1 and English at B2 level.
• Ability to analyze problems and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality code for backend and frontend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts and UX designers.
• Share knowledge and support junior engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and write clean, well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
