Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python, with a focus on quality and reliability.

You will collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers, deploy and manage applications on AWS, and improve systems through automation, testing, and robust CI/CD practices. This role demands strong problem solving, independence, and clear communication in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in React.js and Python development.
• Experience with full-stack development (4+ years).
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems
• Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, product managers)
• Working with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications

Skills

Must have

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• React/Python

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (adjustable)
• Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Context, state management)
• Strong experience with Python
• Database design and optimization skills
