Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Python/React full-stack developer to join a dedicated product team in Poland. You will build full-stack features on AWS, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and ship reliable, scalable software for real business needs.

You will design RESTful APIs, implement cloud services, and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential to help the team deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Python and React.
• Experience deploying and scaling apps on AWS and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong collaboration and clear cross-functional communication.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features using Python on AWS and React, improving product reliability and user experience
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud services on AWS, ensuring performance and scalability across multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into working software
• Write clean, testable code and take part in code reviews to keep engineering standards high
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end services and infrastructure
• Take part in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups to keep delivery on track
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge with teammates to support team growth

Requirements

• Solid experience (3+ years) building full-stack applications with Python and React
• Practical knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB) for deploying and scaling applications
• Working experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Strong collaboration skills and clear communication with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
