Job summary

Aslan Food is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support professional based near Warsaw to handle inquiries, process orders, and assist field sales teams. You will communicate in Dutch and English, with additional languages welcomed, and help grow client relationships in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Customer- and problem-solving oriented approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Full-time 40h or part-time 32h negotiable.
• Residence within 30 km of Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, orders, and potential complaints (phone/email).
• Proactively contact existing clients and monitor their needs.
• Manage the shared order inbox with the team.
