Pico is seeking a Full Stack Java Engineer to join a world-leading engineering team. You will design, develop, and integrate new features on a world-class analytics platform, contributing to the trading lifecycle with insights from market data.

We value 2+ years of Java and Python experience, automated testing, and the ability to deliver high-availability systems in a hybrid, globally distributed setting. This role offers collaboration with ML and iHub teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Java and Python.
• Experience with automated unit-testing and integration testing.
• Ability to write maintainable, modular code and follow coding standards.
• Experience delivering high-availability, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate new capabilities into the platform.
• Develop applications to provide insights for trading data (order entry, market data).
• Apply CI/CD practices to build a high-performance, secure, and maintainable system.
• Create analytics solutions combining financial services and network data.
• Collaborate with ML team to integrate new algorithms and troubleshoot deployments.
