Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Java Developer in Poland to design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and SQL.

You will build microservices and RESTful APIs, ensure OWASP-aligned secure coding, and collaborate in an Agile environment while advancing CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Angular frontend development.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities including SAST and container scans.
• Familiarity with OWASP security principles and secure coding practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good command of English (minimum B1+/B2).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and SQL.
• Build and enhance microservices-based architectures, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support communication between internal and external systems.
• Implement new features and improve existing Commercial Cards applications.
• Ensure application security by identifying, analyzing, and remediating vulnerabilities detected through SAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation guidelines.
