Job summary

Qodeca in Warszawa is seeking a Mid Fullstack Developer to build a modern web and mobile product for the fitness industry using .NET, React, and React Native. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering a digital product used by thousands daily.

You will work with experienced developers, contribute to end-to-end solutions, and collaborate across Polish and English documentation in a remote team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Backend: C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns, supported by experience in unit and integration testing.
• AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or OpenAI API.
• Fluent Polish language – mandatory; English – at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product end-to-end: backend, web, and mobile solutions.
• Build the backend in .NET: REST APIs with C#, EF Core, and SQL Server.
• Optimize data solutions and database structures with EF Core.
• Ensure code quality with Clean Code, SOLID, and design patterns; write tests.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with a distributed team and produce technical docs in Polish and English.
