Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with React and .NET C#.
• Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core for high-volume, low-latency apps.
• Knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and event-driven design.
• Relational databases and SQL understanding.
• Security, scalability, performance, reliability considerations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Collaborates with product/business teams to gather requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect microservices-based applications and modern React front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and capabilities.
• Adopt emerging technologies and cloud-native approaches; containerization and modern React/.NET tech.
• Promote code quality, testing, and UX improvements.
• Work with teams on solution design, roadmaps, and strategic tech initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers in design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
