Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to research, conceptualize and develop new or complex technologies for the company. You will lead software design and mentor junior engineers, applying disciplined methods to development, operation and maintenance across projects.

Role Overview:

To research, conceptualize and develop new or complex technologies and their applications. To be involved with project definition and implementation at the process level. To act as a technical resource to projects, to lead software design and research efforts and mentor junior engineers. Independently applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the development, operation and maintenance of software with the ability to lead more junior engineers.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 123,557 zł – 190,088 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
