Job summary

Amazon Poland is seeking an onsite, full-time intern to support operations across multiple locations in Poland. You will complete high-priority projects, analyze data, and collaborate with managers and frontline associates to drive improvements.

The program targets penultimate or final year students in supply chain, business, or engineering, requiring English and local language proficiency (CEFR C1), 3–6 months duration, and potential relocation. A pathway to graduate roles is available.

Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with leadership.
