Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Web Frontend Engineer to build core web experiences like Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. You will own complex, interactive surfaces from architecture through implementation, collaborating with product, design, backend and AI engineers to embed AI naturally into user workflows.

We value strong UI judgment, performance focus and the ability to independently own features from design to production, delivering fast, reliable experiences across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building complex, production web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.
• Develop complex interactions including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, and scheduling.
• Own frontend performance, accessibility and reliability across browsers and devices.
• Integrate streaming AI responses and model-driven experiences into product workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design to take ideas from prototype to production quickly.
