Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the aiR Assist Platform team. You will help shape the frontend architecture behind Relativity’s AI products by building reusable UI infrastructure, enabling composable micro-frontend delivery, and creating a seamless developer experience for teams building on the platform.

You will work at the center of our frontend modularization efforts, helping unify frontend experiences across AI chat products while contributing to the agent harness

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience building large-scale web applications or enterprise platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
• Experience designing reusable UI infrastructure and shared libraries.
• Experience with modular architecture, code-splitting, and micro-frontend concepts.
• Experience with component libraries such as PrimeReact or Material UI.
• Excellent responsive web design and WCAG accessibility.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend infrastructure using React 19, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and Relativity design systems.
• Advance micro-frontend strategy through web-component-based delivery and frontend composition.
• Evolve shared context registry and postMessage-based communication for AI context sharing.
• Drive modularization with shared libraries, code-splitting, and Nx monorepo practices.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs with modern CSS and semantic HTML.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams on integrated OpenAPI and AI services.
• Define and promote engineering standards for testing, performance, and frontend quality.
• Own automated testing practices with Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook-driven components.
• Improve CI/CD via CDN delivery, quality gates, conventional commits, and component lifecycle management.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across frontend initiatives.
• Explore AI-driven enhancements in internal tools and platforms.
