Job summary

Precisely is seeking an Associate Experience Engineer to own the full arc of product experience, blending UX thinking, frontend engineering, and quality ownership. You will work with product managers and backend engineers to ensure the experience matches user needs, leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.

You will design production-ready interfaces, participate in discovery and validation, and maintain frontend architecture standards in a collaborative, AI-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of frontend, UX, or QA experience.
• Experience building production-ready interfaces using React, Vue, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready product experiences that are accessible, performant, and maintainable.
• Own quality end-to-end: write tests, validate features, treat test suites as production assets.
• Participate in UX discovery, user flow definition, interaction design, and validation with product and design partners.
• Use agentic coding tools to accelerate development, scaffold components, write tests, and debug efficiently.
• Collaborate in code reviews, maintain frontend architecture standards, and use design systems effectively.
• Debug test and pipeline failures and apply sound judgment about risk and test strategy.
• Translate feedback from users into refined interactions.
• Work transparently: share work early, communicate blockers clearly, and support teammates.
