Job summary

Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Front Line Manager for Recruitment Operations to lead end-to-end processes, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure policy-compliant hiring. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to meet target headcounts while driving process improvements.

The role requires German language proficiency (B2), a hybrid work model in Poland, and a strong focus on data accuracy, SLA adherence, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters degree in business administration or analytics.
• PHR certification is desirable from Symbiosis Institute.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including requisition management and candidate pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate interviews and process offers in line with policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning.
• Monitor SLAs, quality metrics and enforce process adherence.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and support audits.
