Job summary

Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance/Project-based representative to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment. You will act as the primary contact for patients, screen them via phone, and support doctors and patients in connecting with one another.

The role requires Polish and English language skills, prior work in a medical field, and strong organizational and communication abilities. Morning to evening availability may be required.

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers' requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
