Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S is seeking an ICT Engagements Coordinator (Freelance) to coordinate ICT projects across technical teams and external suppliers. The role focuses on delivery coordination, governance and ensuring effective collaboration across networks, cloud/data centre and security domains.

The candidate will manage project plans, dashboards and status reports, facilitate technical workshops, and ensure successful testing, handover and closure across multiple ICT domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience including 3+ years ICT coordination roles.
• Proficient in English with certification.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects across multiple teams and infrastructure domains.
• Strong ICT infrastructure knowledge: networks, cloud/data centre, IAM, security.
• Familiar with project governance and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project or similar.
• One of PMP®, PRINCE2® or P3M certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, issues, changes; escalate blockers.
• Lead meetings, workshops and status reviews with actions.
• Coordinate readiness activities for environments, access, security.
• Engage with suppliers and external consultants; contract onboarding.
• Prepare project plans, dashboards and governance logs.
• Oversee testing, acceptance, handover and closure.
