Job summary

Kids Us is seeking a driven business development professional to grow our Polish market by identifying and converting the right franchise partners. This is a B2B role focused on building relationships with entrepreneurs and investors, presenting the franchise opportunity and turning prospects into long-term franchisees.

You will identify opportunities, manage a pipeline, network with the business community, and lead the development process from first contact to signing, helping to establish Kids

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships or franchise development.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build relationships from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient.
• Passion for education and purpose-driven projects.
• Fluent Polish and English

This is a B2B business development role: building relationships with entrepreneurs and investors, presenting the Kids&Us franchise opportunity and turning potential partners into long-term franchisees.
