Job summary

Kids&Us Language School in Poland is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to grow our franchise network. You’ll identify, attract and convert franchise partners, presenting the Kids&Us opportunity to entrepreneurs and investors.

This B2B role focuses on building relationships, managing a pipeline from first contact to signing, and developing Kids&Us’ presence across Poland while acting as brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or franchise development.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build relationships from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient.
• Passion for education and purpose-driven projects.
• Fluent Polish and English

Your mission

Grow Kids&Us in Poland by identifying, attracting and converting the right franchise partners.

This is a B2B business development role: building relationships with entrepreneurs and investors, presenting the Kids&Us franchise opportunity and turning potential partners into long-term franchisees.
