Aromatic 89 is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to expand our Poland network. You will identify promising cities, attract franchise partners, and lead the process from first contact to signing the franchise agreement and store opening.

Remote role with regular travel across Poland; you will analyze the market, present the franchise model, assess candidates, negotiate terms, and help open new locations while building long-term partner relationships.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in franchise or business development, B2B sales or retail.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish retail market and consumer habits.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Poland.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the Polish market to identify promising cities and regions for franchise development.
• Attract potential franchise partners and lead them through the onboarding process.
• Present the franchise business model and opportunities to prospects.
• Assess candidates' experience, motivation, and financial capabilities.
• Coordinate partner acquisition from first contact to contract signing.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and define terms of cooperation.
• Evaluate store locations and their commercial potential.
• Represent Aromatic 89 at meetings, exhibitions, and events in Poland.
• Monitor market trends and report development results.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
