EY GDS invites applications for the FP&A Supervising Associate role in Katowice. The position follows a hybrid model (2 days in office / 3 days remote) and focuses on financial planning, analysis and reporting to support senior finance leaders and business stakeholders.
You will partner with finance leadership, deliver monthly performance reviews and help design data-driven reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel. Strong written and spoken English is required.

The Business Analysis sub-function of FP&A brings together people and teams focused on business leadership support, including cohesive strategic analytics and insights on management and performance reporting, enabling strategic decision making.
This opportunity as a Supervising Associate within the Business Analysis Team involves serving as a business partner and advisor to key business leaders and senior finance team members by assisting or delivering financial analysis, reporting, as well as supporting the annual financial planning processes. In this role, you will establish trusted relationships with the business stakeholders, provide analytical expertise, and introduce innovative reporting solutions.
