Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Finance Advisor (experienced Supervising Associate) to partner with CBS France and drive financial analysis, reporting and strategic insights for region leadership. You will support planning, forecasting and performance reviews while collaborating with global Finance teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and continuous professional development within a dynamic, multicountry setup.

Qualifications

• Graduate or professional certification in Accounting or Finance.
• +4 years of experience in accounting or analysis.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• French language preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support decision making for Region Executive meetings.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to identify key focus areas from performance data.
• Coordinate Plan, Forecast, Month End, and Year End processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests to answer business questions using data sources and analytics.
• Raise the profile of the Finance team and contribute to professional development.
