Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with Procurement in Western Europe, delivering month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting while translating volumes, prices and contracts into clear financial insights.

You will work closely with Procurement Category Managers, support MEC, and help shape tools and processes to make FP&A more effective, with hybrid work and opportunities to influence procurement decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Controlling.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end FP&A processes and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Team player who drives ideas into action.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MEC activities – PPV variance review and analyses with root cause identification against budgets/estimates/R&O.
• Close cooperation and support for Group Procurement Team located in Switzerland.
• Support one of the Category Groups (Raw or Pack Materials) and own MEC, reporting and planning processes.
• Play a critical role in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support data processing improvements together with end users and stakeholders for user-friendly outputs.
• Coordinate activities to identify and execute saving initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for projects or operations.
