Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group Kraków is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Specialist to support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, consolidate expense data and provide accurate forecasts.

The role involves maintaining SAP master data, delivering cost allocations, preparing expense reports, and collaborating on global projects. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required; hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in finance/controlling
• FP&A/management accounting experience
• Finance/Accounting or Controlling degree
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings (SAP and other tools)
• Collect and consolidate expense data to prepare forecasts
• Maintain SAP cost centers, accounts and figures
• Deliver cost allocations to services and customers
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting
• Respond to cost-center managers and business queries
• Identify financial issues and drive counter-measures
• Lead PPM project modules/tasks
