Job summary

LoopMe in Kraków is seeking a detail‑driven FP&A professional to join the Finance team reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager in Kraków and the VP of Finance in London. You will build financial models, provide insights for commercial decisions, and support forecasting and period-end close.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, track costs, analyze performance, and explore AI‑enabled improvements to core finance processes. The role offers hybrid work and exposure to global finance leadership.

Qualifications

• A numerical degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong Excel skills with complex financial models.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Professional written and verbal English; experience with AI tools in analytics.
• Experience with FP&A processes helps.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial financial models and analysis to support decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Analyze metrics and surface trends.
• Own cost tracking, reporting and analysis across P&L.
• Use AI tools to improve processes and outputs.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analyses.
