Job summary

O-I is seeking an FP&A Sales Team Leader to lead a Europe-wide team of analysts, driving forecasting, reporting, and financial insights for sales performance and margins. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and cross-functional partners to support planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives.

You will coach a high-performing team, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls while advancing automation and standardization across FP&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis or Finance Business Partnering experience
• Experience leading a team in a multinational, shared services, or matrix organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English; additional European language is an asset
• Experience with SAP, Tagetik, Power BI or similar tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of FP&A analysts supporting sales and commercial finance activities across Europe
• Oversee FP&A activities related to sales performance, margins, inventory, pricing, and operating expenses
• Ensure timely month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and planning within area of responsibility
• Review and challenge financial data, assumptions and forecast submissions for accuracy
• Lead preparation and delivery of recurring and ad hoc management reporting and performance analysis
• Partner with Finance Teams, Sales Controllers and other stakeholders to support planning and performance management
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across FP&A processes and tools
• Support EU FP&A Manager in broader European FP&A initiatives and strategic projects
