Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge technology and business outcomes, delivering enterprise AI platforms and GenAI-driven solutions.

You will work with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable products, deploy AI capabilities, and drive value across complex environments. Strong hands-on in LLMs, vector stores, cloud tech, and modern dev practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions and leading technical implementations.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model integration.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business challenges, design innovative solutions, deploy enterprise platforms, and rapidly translate customer requirements into scalable products and capabilities.

You will play a key role in delivering AI-powered solutions while helping customers unlock real business value from Generative AI and modern cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions and leading technical implementations
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Generative AI applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model integration
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare
• Knowledge of MLOps and Data Engineering
