Job summary

Neti sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge business goals with advanced blockchain tech. The role focuses on integrating bespoke blockchain solutions into client stacks, and applying AI SDLC to automate workflows.

You will collaborate with external partners and internal teams to help shape the NetiRails platform roadmap, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or core Web3 role.
• Proven experience with AI SDLC, including data prep, model integration, deployment and monitoring in production.
• Excellent communication translating blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, Solidity, Python or TypeScript and smart contract development.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for international client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external clients, financial institutions and protocol partners to design and deploy blockchain solutions.
• Integrate AI agents, tooling, and ML models into blockchain data pipelines and partner workflows.
• Bridge external partners with internal product/core engineering to shape platform roadmap.

Job description

Neti helps move money and digital assets in production environments by integrating with the systems our clients already use. We are building NetiRails a payment orchestration platform running on client infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced engineer to bridge the business world with advanced blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Integration & Delivery: Partner directly with external clients, financial institutions, and protocol partners to design, build, and deploy bespoke blockchain solutions into their existing technical stacks.
• AI Integration: Apply your knowledge of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to integrate intelligent agents, automated tooling, and machine learning models into blockchain data pipelines and partner workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the critical feedback loop between our external partners and our internal product/core engineering teams to shape the future roadmap of our platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or core Web3 developer role.
• Proven experience in the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including data preparation, model integration, deployment, and monitoring within production environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages relevant to the space (e.g., Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript) and experience with smart contract development.
• Advanced English proficiency (min. C1) to ensure fluent communication with international clients.
