Job summary

Neti Soft is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge business needs with advanced blockchain technology while building NetiRails, a payment orchestration platform running on client infrastructure.

You will lead technical integration with clients and partners, shape stablecoin deployment, and optimize off-chain transaction management, while collaborating across teams and leveraging AI in blockchain data pipelines. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Core Web3 Developer role.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript.
• Advanced English proficiency (min. C1) to ensure fluent communication with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Technical Integration: Partner with external clients and financial institutions to deploy blockchain solutions into existing stacks.
• Stablecoin Architecture: Lead deployment and design secure minting, burning, and stablecoin payments.

Neti helps move money and digital assets in production environments by integrating with the systems our clients already use. We are building NetiRails -a payment orchestration platform running on client infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced engineer to bridge the business world with advanced blockchain technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Integration: Partnering with external clients, financial institutions, and partners to design and deploy blockchain solutions into their existing technical stacks.
• Stablecoin Architecture: Leading the technical deployment of projects and designing secure workflows for minting, burning, and stablecoin payments.
• Transaction Management: Building and optimizing off-chain ledger systems to efficiently manage distributed financial transactions.
• AI Integration: Implementing tools from the AI SDLC, intelligent agents, and machine learning models into blockchain data pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a critical feedback loop between our external partners and our internal engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Core Web3 Developer role.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages: Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript.
• Advanced English proficiency (min. C1) to ensure fluent communication with international clients.
