Job summary

Neti sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge business goals with advanced blockchain technology.

You will lead stablecoin deployments, design secure minting and settlement workflows, and shape wallet infrastructure for both self-custody and custodial solutions. You will also architect scalable off-chain ledgers to efficiently track high-volume distributed transactions, work with languages like Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript, and contribute to DeFi protocols with a

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a core Web3 developer or architecture role.
Proven hands-on experience in building stablecoins and stablecoin payment workflows, including settlement, liquidity management, and fiat-on/off ramps.
Strong understanding of wallet infrastructure, with experience integrating Self-Custody and Custodial wallets (e.g., MPC, multisig, HSM).
Experience managing distributed financial transactions and architecting scalable off-chain ledgers for fast, low-cost settlement.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical deployment of stablecoin projects and design secure minting, burning, and payment workflows.
Advise on and implement self-custody and custodial wallet solutions for security and user experience.
Build and optimize off-chain ledger systems to track, manage, and reconcile high-volume transactions.
