H&M in Wrocław is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive service standards, share product knowledge, and maintain store operations in line with brand expectations.

You will recruit, onboard and mentor Sales Advisors, analyze sales data with the Store Manager, and step into Store Manager responsibilities when needed. Fluent English and Polish are preferred, with a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fashion, with strong store operations knowledge.
• Customer-focused: prioritizes customer needs to deliver great service.
• Product passion and enthusiasm for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store/Concession Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into Store Manager when required to ensure leadership continuity.
