Job summary

Dahua Technology Poland is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f) to deliver high-quality fire alarm products, solutions, and services. You will work with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as distributors and system integrators, to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires 2–3 years in fire protection in a pre-sales or technical capacity, plus a solid understanding of fire alarm systems and strong English/Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in fire protection in a pre-sales or technical role.
• Technical education in electronics, IT, or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of fire alarm systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish, spoken and written.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advising on fire alarm products for sales staff and customers, including troubleshooting with R&D and third parties.
• Maintain good relationships with distributors, system integrators, and installers.
• Coordinate with Headquarter on new product lines and technical issues.
• Conduct site surveys, training/demos, project support and product promotion to the market.
• Test and diagnose faults and undertake repairs of fire alarm products.
• Provide product training to technical engineers for channel customers.
