Fire Site Coordinator

Located in Nysa, PL, Honeywell needs a Fire Site Coordinator to ensure the seamless design support and installation of fire alarm systems at our construction sites. This role coordinates Honeywell resources and external subcontractors, managing the quality of work and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient operation of our clients’ buildings.

The coordinator oversees installation, supports the design phase, and integrates third‑party systems with subcontractors. The role reports directly to the local Project Management Leader and works closely with the Senior Project Manager on site. The objective is to ensure smooth implementation of Honeywell solutions, optimal operation on site, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of the Fire Alarm System.
• Manage resources, including subcontractors, technicians, and engineering staff, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, including HSE and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in fire alarm system scope.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites.
