Evotym, a global technology company in digital financial services, seeks a CISO to lead information security strategy, ICT risk management and regulatory compliance. You will embed security across product development and operations, and build a strong security function.

You will oversee audits, risk registers, and security controls; mentor the information security team; and promote a security-aware culture across the organisation. Fluent English and Russian are required, with fintech experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in fintech security and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards.
• Experience with risk registers, SIEM and vulnerability management.
• Ability to communicate with regulators and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop information security strategy, policies and standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate cybersecurity and ICT risks with a risk register.
• Lead security audits, vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate security into product development, infrastructure changes and processes.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Build and develop the information security team with clear metrics.
• Promote security awareness and a strong security culture.
