Job summary

FIS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support a portfolio of clients by serving as a key technical contact. You will analyze business requirements, document technical specifications, participate in release management, and help clients maximize the use of FIS solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Working knowledge of SQL to write queries, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the client's technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio.
Analyze business requirements and document technical specifications.
Participate in release and change management activities and ensure client operations are not impacted.
Document and maintain client system environments and configurations.
Support product demonstrations and identify potential revenue opportunities.
Execute project work plans for simple and medium‑complexity initiatives.
Provide 24/7 first‑line Service Desk support on occasion, including severity assessments and SLA monitoring.
