As an Analyst II, Business Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for the accurate analysis, implementation, and verification of change requests within agreed service levels. You will investigate requests, identify appropriate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of operational changes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service quality, reducing operational risk, and supporting client outcomes. Success is measured through accuracy, timeliness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement contributions.
Analyse, implement, and validate change requests in accordance with established operational standards and procedures. Investigate issues, assess impacts, and determine effective solutions to support client and business requirements. Ensure all assigned requests are completed accurately within agreed service levels and quality expectations. Perform detailed verification activities to minimise operational risk and prevent processing errors. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support change implementation and resolution activities. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails for all changes and operational activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency. Contribute to knowledge sharing, team capability development, and operational best practices. Support governance, compliance, and quality assurance activities to ensure controlled change delivery. Apply technical expertise and sound judgement to resolve complex operational requests and challenges.
The pay range for this full-time position is 98,050.00 - 130,000 PLN Annual and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
