Job summary

Reply, Inc. is seeking a FinOps Consultant to join our automotiveFinOps engagement, driving cloud financial management across AWS and GCP.

You will apply a complete FinOps mindset—Inform, Optimize, and Operate—delivering cost transparency, optimization opportunities, and sustainable cost controls across multiple cloud environments. You will work hands-on with native AWS and GCP cost management tools, support cost allocation and forecasting, and collaborate with the Product Owner, engineering

Qualifications

Proven experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization in enterprise environments.
Understanding of the FinOps lifecycle: Inform, Optimize, and Operate.
Hands-on use of native AWS and GCP cost management tools for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Knowledge of Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and committed use discounts.
Experience transitioning from third-party FinOps platforms toward native tooling.

Responsibilities

Support cloud cost management across AWS and GCP environments.
Collaborate with Product Owner and engineers to translate cost topics into actions.
Develop cost reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Implement and improve tagging strategies, cost allocation, and forecasting.
Identify optimization opportunities, rightsizing, and waste reduction.
