Job summary

Signify in Poland (Piła) is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving supply chain excellence across our international network.

You'll manage replenishment, maintain planning master data, release purchase orders, and support NPI activities. The role requires analytical thinking, English fluency, and 3–5 years in supply chain planning with experience in SAP/IBP/APO and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Proven knowledge of planning tools and systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain planning master data and planning parameters per guidelines.
  • Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon.
  • Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and confirm with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve replenishment efficiency.

We're currently looking for a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving supply chain excellence across our international network.

What you'll do
  • Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio
  • Manage inventory replenishment processes and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Maintain planning master data and planning parameters in line with company guidelines
  • Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon
  • Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and follow up on supplier confirmations
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through the PIPO process
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Monitor supply chain performance and proactively resolve fulfillment issues
  • Analyze inventory quality and availability outlook, escalating risks when needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Support operational excellence by improving replenishment efficiency and planning accuracy
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective issue management and continuous improvement
What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

You have:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or a similar area
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools such as SAP R/3, IBP, APO or equivalent systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
  • APICS certification or other relevant supply chain certifications
  • Experience working in an international and matrix organization
